We are located in Croydon 15 minutes west of the CBD, in Sydney’s vibrant inner west, which means we are easily accessible by public transport.
Our central location, adjacent to the Croydon railway station, means that we are well served by public transport.
Trains
Croydon railway station is adjacent to the College and only two stops from Strathfield railway station. Students travelling from southern areas travel to Redfern and change trains for Croydon, while those travelling from the northern and eastern suburbs change at Town Hall.
Buses
Transport NSW provides a morning and afternoon public bus service for students with limited stops within the inner west. For public transport information please refer to the Transport NSW website.
Private Bus Service
PLC Sydney also provides a private bus service for all our students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. The PLC Sydney-branded buses operate during term time with drop off and pick up from the College.
The morning trip delivers the girls to school between 8.00–8.15am and the afternoon run departs at either 3.15pm or 5.15pm (depending on the route). Please note that Evandale students are accompanied to and from their campus upon arrival and departure. For more information on our dedicated bus services, please contact our Enrolments Office.
Car
PLC Sydney is in close proximity to Parramatta Road, Victoria Road and the Cross City Tunnel, providing easy access from Sydney’s east, west and north. There is no parking in the school grounds, but there is limited parking available around Croydon. School drop off and pick up zones apply for both the Junior and Senior Schools.
